RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1. All stays must have a prior reservation with payment and sign, together with the name and surname, telephone number and email of the person making the reservation.
2. The rest of the payment (including tourist tax) plus the deposit, will be made between 3 and 7 days before, depending on the season, by credit card.
3. Customers will receive an e-mail with a link to check-in and perform all the steps described above and they will be informed of the time at which they can access their accommodation and how.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
1. Cancellations with +12 days, the delivery on account will be returned or we will keep the amount for another stay (1 year).
2. Cancellations between 12 and 7 days, 80% of the delivery on account will be returned or we will keep 100%, for another stay (1 year).
3. Cancellations less than 7 days or during the stay will not entitle you to any type of refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: It will not entitle you to any type of refund
