GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS

This contractual document will govern the contracting of products and services with Camping Pedraforca SL. .

Acceptance of this document means that the USER:

-You have read, understand and understand what is stated here.

-It is a person with sufficient capacity to hire.

-Assume all the obligations set out here.

-These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website https://www.campingpedraforca.com/.

Camping Pedraforca SL, informs that the company is responsible for and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it offers its services and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were previously contracted to the modification.

Identity of the contracting parties

On the one hand, the provider of the services contracted by the USER is, hereinafter CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL - , with registered office at Crta. B400 km 13.5, Saldes - Barcelona, ​​CIF B60434511 and with a customer service telephone number +34 938 258 044.

And on the other hand, the USER is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL.

Object of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL and the USER at the time the USER accepts, during the online contracting process, the rental of properties for temporary accommodation.

The contractual relationship of accommodation reservation involves the rental of the chosen property, for a limited time, in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed through the website. Extra services will have to be contracted at the time of making the reservation.

GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES, IPAGO RESERVATION PROCESS

Unless specifically stipulated in writing, placing an order will imply acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those expressly accepted in advance and in writing.

The reservation is personal and non-transferable and is considered valid once you have received confirmation from the campsite. On the day of arrival, at reception you must present a current and original identification document of all people staying at the campsite.

Being a family campsite, if you come in a group, you must have express authorization from the reception. Clients who do not come as a family unit (or equivalent) must expressly indicate this at the time of making the reservation request. If clients traveling in groups have not notified correctly, CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL reserves the right to cancel the reservation and deny admission.

The required deposit and cancellation conditions are detailed in the pre-booking.

Having paid the amount requested in the pre-booking and/or confirming in writing, the client explicitly accepts compliance with the booking conditions as well as the general conditions and internal camping rules, both available on the camping website.

If the client requests in writing to modify their reservation, the campsite, subject to availability, will try to accommodate this request. Only changes that CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL has confirmed in writing will be valid.

No specific number of accommodations are reserved, nor accommodations together or on one side. Upon arrival you will be informed of your location. Obviously, if you have any preferences you can communicate them in writing, taking into account your request. We cannot guarantee or confirm any request, but rest assured that we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

The campsite cannot guarantee shade on the plot, nor can it guarantee a ground with grass or that is separated by bushes. The sizes of the different plot types are approximate average values ​​and are in no way binding.

Occupancy may not exceed, in any case, the number of people admitted in the accommodation model or type of plot. For security and insurance reasons, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the number of occupants expected for the type of accommodation reserved. A baby or child counts as a whole person.

The camper may obtain authorization to introduce, under his/her responsibility, family and/or friends, always for a limited and previously designated time, when they have deposited the document proving their identity and payment of the established price per visit. The visitor will be obliged to comply with the rules of this Internal Regime Regulation. Any visit not communicated at reception will be billed to the family visited.

One vehicle is allowed per accommodation included in the price. Any additional vehicle must be registered and must park in the parking lot.

BOOKINGS

1.All stays must have a prior reservation with payment and deposit, along with the name and surname, ID, telephone number and email of the person making the reservation, and the name and surname of the companions.

2.The rest of the payment (tourist tax included) plus the deposit, will be made between 3 or 7 days before, depending on the season, by credit card.

3.Clients will receive an email with a link to check-in and complete all the steps described above and they will be informed of the time at which they can access their plot or accommodation and how.

Cancellation conditions:

1. Cancellations with +12 days, the early delivery will be refunded or we will keep the amount for another stay (1 year).

2. Cancellations between 12 and 7 days, 80% of the delivery will be refunded on account or we will keep 100% for another stay (1 year).

3. Cancellations less than 7 days or during the stay will not give the right to any type of refund.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: It will not give the right to any type of refund

Right of withdrawal:

Cancellations and/or modifications must be reported in writing to the email address pedra@campingpedraforca.com. For them to be effective, Reception must confirm them by email. In the email you must indicate the reason for the cancellation and the IBAN number of your account to return the corresponding amount according to the established cancellation conditions. In the case of modification of dates or type of accommodation, the applicable price will be the one in force at the time of the modification.

Arrival after the reserved day and time and/or early departure does not entitle you to any discount or refund.

Arrival at the accommodation and/or plot:

-Plots: Check-in and check-out time is at 12 noon. Upon request and depending on availability, there may be the possibility of late check-out until 4:00 p.m.

-Pet animals are welcome at the campsite, maximum, and have a supplement of €8/night per animal. They always have to be tied and cannot be left alone.

-Bungalows: Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and departure at 10am. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can use all our facilities while waiting and if the bungalow is available, entry may be earlier. On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation at the indicated time, but you can also stay and enjoy the facilities if you wish until 4:00 p.m. In low season, there may be greater flexibility, but you can only request a late check-out on the same day of departure and receive confirmation at the campsite reception.

-You must bring bedding, towels and kitchen cloths. There is an option to rent sheets, towels, high chairs and cots, and must be requested at the time of booking or during online check-in.

CLAIMS

If during the rental period any breakdown occurs in the electrical installations or devices, you must immediately notify Reception to resolve this incident as soon as possible. In case of force majeure (damage caused by water, fire, etc.), the reserved accommodation will be replaced by another with the same characteristics.

PRICE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website. Prices may change daily while reservation is not made.

Every payment made involves the issuance of an invoice called by the registered USER or the company name that the USER has informed at the time of making the reservation. This invoice will be delivered to the USER at the end of the rental and payment of all contracted services.

TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS

Expressly authorizes the person responsible for the treatment and its related companies to use the images for advertising and promotional purposes. The images in which they appear may be adapted, transformed and/or modified and subsequently edited on online printed media. Likewise, it authorizes the company to edit the name and surname of the transferor in printed publications or in the media.

OFFICIAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 of the European Parliament, and of the Council regarding the Protection of natural persons regarding the processing of their personal data and the Organic Law 3 / 2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that your data is incorporated into the registry of processing activities, of the owner CAMPING PEDRAFORCA, SL, which is duly registered in the registry of processing activities, in order to carry out commercial, administrative, accounting and tax management. Legitimation: Legitimate interest of the person responsible. Recipients: Data transfers are planned to: Tax Administration, Financial entities. You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data,

APPLICABLE AND JURISDICTION

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation insofar as it is not expressly established. CAMPINGPEDRAFORCA SL and the USER agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services that are the subject of these Conditions to the courts and tribunals closest to SALDES.

In the event that the USER is domiciled outside of Spain, CAMPING PEDRAFORCA SL and the USER expressly renounce any other forum, submitting to the Spanish jurisdiction established in the previous paragraph.
